CANCELLATION POLICY

📌 Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation guidelines: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. • After 2 no-shows, future appointments may require full prepayment to secure your spot. • We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion.
